You won't have to dine in the same restaurant or choose from the same menu for the duration of your cruise on the Arcadia . This ship offers a variety of alternatives when nit comes to dining, whether it is during the day or the night. For example, you can have breakfast delivered to your room, or any other meal for that matter. You can choose to dine alone or withy others and at any time you choose.

The Meridian Restaurant

There is plenty of space at the Meridian Restaurant with its two levels. This is a first for the ships of the P & O Cruise Lines. As you enter the restaurant you will be dazzled by the sight of white linen tablecloths on exquisitely laid tables. A spiral staircase, glass chandeliers and a central bandstand all help to enhance the cream and yellow tones.

Art decorates the walls and the choices on the menu will tickle your palette even before the food arrives. Indulge in a six course meal of British cuisine as a prelude to the rest of the activities you have planned for the night. The seating here is assigned giving you a chance to get to know your shipmates a bit better.

Belvedere Food Court

For the best in Freedom Dining, the Belvedere Food Court offers you flexible dining. Book a table in advance or just drop in to see if you can find a table. The floor to ceiling windows offer a luxurious view of the ocean as you sail along. With informal dining available 24 hours a day, you don’t have to get dressed up every night. The choices on the menu are guaranteed to suit all tastes in food with Oriental, Italian, bistro and deli foods to choose from. The décor takes on a Japanese theme and there is outside seating available if that is what you wish.

There are two restaurants that feature select dining. This allows you to dine when and with whom you wish. These restaurants are:

The Orchid Restaurant

This restaurant is located on the Sky Deck on the top of the ship. It is conveniently located next to the elevators making it easy to reach. The panoramic view and the informal atmosphere attract many passengers. Some of the choices in food offered here include Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Thai and Indian. The restaurant is tastefully decorated in warm colours and the fabrics exude a sense of being in the tropics.

Arcadian Rhodes

Designed by world renowned chef, Gary Rhodes, the Arcadian Rhodes is centrally located on the Arcadia. Along with the delicious meal, you will be astounded by the art decorating the walls and the lighting which really shows them off.
