a Christmas and New Years cruise 17 days. looked forward to this all year but what a let down. This ship must be the poor relation of the fleet. No new years show,A very crabby deck party,we did not get served after waiting one and a half hours.Capt had to say sorry next day. Cabibc101 had to complain about noise,found out this was coming from CURZON theatre,could not rest we are 77 and 72 years of age,in the afternoons,we could not go to bed until after 11.30pm until the 2nd show had finished. Dining,service much slower than other PO cruises.one night waiter upset other female guest on out table for four, made her cry. Noisey children,singing and told to do so in the public areas when we were dressed and waiting to go for dinner, child carers looked like they were working for the council. Rubbish on some decks for five days. think the ship was under crewed. Had serious nose bleed, doctor thinks it may have been dry air pumped through the ship. nose had to be packed, on walking out of medical room asked to sign form then informed £260 will be added to your on board account, when packing removed another £28 to be added. Felt upset about how this was mentioned to me. Photography,first time on any cruise we have refused pictures,they were horrible, shaded, dark, dinner jacket looked two colourers. medals almost blended into the jacket materal. i could go but this cruise was not value for money,was offered £260 BACK, REFUSED IT, NOW REPORTING PO TO Abta.
